Let’s Go Indie!? is an event series for independent game developers, or those curious about making their own games and playful projects. For our next event we are joined by Daisy Fernandez and George Batchelor from Milktooth, a new independent studio behind the highly anticipated upcoming game Bad Magpie.
Daisy and George will be talking about their journey from founding a new studio, securing support from Wings and the UK Games Fund, announcing the game as part of Summer Games Fest to accruing over 50k Steam wishlists (and counting).
We’ll also be welcoming Chris Filip, BFI Fund Manager working across the UK Global Screen Fund supporting UK film, TV, animation, and games businesses internationally. With a background as a Game Designer for Ubisoft and co-founder of Game Anglia, Chris has led multiple industry support programmes.
